Returns Policy

The goods are made to order and not returnable unless it can be proven that the goods were supplied faulty. There is a 2 year manufacturer’s guarantee. It is the customers’ responsibility to return the goods to The Glass Radiator Company in its original packaging, and to pay for the cost of the transport to get the goods to our offices. The product will then be shipped at our cost and tested at the factory in Germany to determine any fault and the findings will be reported back to the customer. If the product is found to be faulty and has not been damaged by the customer then it will be replaced free of charge within the 2 year warranty period.

If the product is re-sold onwards then please advise the end user customer that they need to keep the packaging in order to send the product back to us safely. If the product arrives to us damaged then we cannot replace it. If we have to send new boxes to the customer then there will be a charge to cover the cost of the new boxes and packaging as well as transport.

If you are re-selling this product please ensure that stickers and manuals remain with the product.
