Returns Policy
The goods are made to order and not returnable unless it can be proven that the goods were supplied faulty. There is a 2 year manufacturer’s guarantee. It is the customers’ responsibility to return the goods to Cre8tive Working Environments Ltd in its original packaging, and to pay for the cost of the transport. The product will then be tested at the factory to determine any fault and the findings will be reported back to the customer. If the product is found to be faulty and has not been damaged by the customer then it will be replaced free of charge within the 2 year warrantee period.
